Abstract

For someones, the military coup was not but the restoration of constitutional order. For some others, the military coup was not but a tyranny. These two faces live on both 1975 and today at the moment of paying attention the positions and opinions with respect to the September 11th. The path is the reconciliation. This one will only arrive if ones understood that the Allende government reached an unsustainable crisis, greatly because of its mistakes, and if other ones accepted that the militar regime denied the constitutional aura, of which wanted surround itself with, when commited Human Rights massive violations.
