The Coup in Chile Was Not Unavoidable

In this essay, I hold the coup of State was absolutely avoidable. In other words, It was unnecessary and had other very less detrimental and macabre means which could have choosen by the actors of time. I observe the CIA, Armed Forces and all political forces had alternatives for canalising the situation through a institutional path. Even so, who take arms are responsibles of their actions.
