About the Journal

Purpose

The journal Public Policies presents articles that provide political, economic, sociological or legal analysis of public policies or dimensions of the public sphere. The Public Policies Journal aims to stimulate the cross fertilization of ideas among diverse disciplines, offer an accessible source on their state of the art and suggest new research orientations. The articles are submitted to a double blind review system by peer reviewers external to the Center for Development Policies.

The journal Public Policies is part of the interdisciplinary activity of the Center for Development Policies and the Master in Management and Public Policies of the Faculty of Administration and Economics of the University of Santiago de Chile.

Open access policy

This journal provides free access to its content under the principle of making scientific research available to the public free of charge, which fosters a greater exchange of global knowledge. Above is materalizes under Creative Commons Licence of Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivatives 4.0 International.

The journal Políticas Públicas allows simultaneous publication in self-archiving systems or institutional repositories.
