Gender
RHSM is committed to promoting gender equality and fostering diversity in the scientific community. To this end, it has implemented a gender policy consistent with the institutional gender policy, which seeks to ensure equal representation (50/50) of women and men in its advisory and scientific committee, in selecting peers, and in coordinating dossiers. It also ensures minimum participation of forty per cent (40%) of each sex in the preparation of its indexes, i.e., by authorship criteria in each issue of the journal.
