Publishing Institution

RHSM is a scientific journal sponsored and funded by the Department of History of the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, a public, non-profit institution of higher education. The administration of the electronic academic journals is the responsibility of the Directorate of Scientific and Technological Research (DICYT) of the Vice-Rector's Office for Research, Innovation and Creation (VRIIC) of the University. 

As part of the institutional policy, the journal does not charge its authors for processing their manuscripts (APC).
