Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the main factors that affect the performance of teachers, presented as important agencies in the development of the country, the role of teachers, provide competent human resources, also mentioned as a central element in the academic debate and social, mainly when you want to argue the meaning of certain actions and positions that affect academic performance, which promote the development of students. In addition, it is discussed how these factors lead to the possible correlation of academic performance with quality in universities.
