Transfer of rights

Políticas Públicas shows the transfer of rights corresponding to the Santiago de Chile University. These rights relate with the ownership right limits and exercises which the N°17.336 Law of Intellectual Property in Chile orders to these cases, notwithstanding the rest of inalienable, nontransferable, unwaivable, and imprescriptible rights are looked upon (among others, the moral right).
