Authorship

Every author will consider, in order to publishing in Políticas Públicas, the scope, target audience and all standards of our journal. For this, we invite you to visit our website.

Políticas Públicas have established the definition and characterisation of author, or authorship, adhering to the COPE outlines. Authorship is referred as:

The creator or originator of an idea (e.g., the author of the theory of relativity) or the individual or individuals who develop and bring to fruition the product that disseminates intellectual or creative works (e.g., the author of a poem or a scholarly article).

For the authorship awarding, Políticas Públicas will in a basic way consider these characteristics:

  • Substantial contribution to the work.
  • Accountability for the work that was done and its presentation in a publication.

Políticas Públicas accepts works without maximum of authors. These last ones must appear both OJS and ORCID systems and Transfer of Rights document.

Políticas Públicas will look out forthe Ethical Supervision in this matter. Every authorship and author (single or team) is responsible to adjust respect with the ethical requests and authorships, plagiarisms, copyrights and, in whole, all rules and standards which can be ascribable to authorships
