Abstract

About the commemoration of 50 years military coup in september 11th, the reflection must focus on understanding the process that resulted in a coup of State in Chile and identifying the reasons could avoid it. In this essay, relying on various specialised perspectives in a review about the occured events between 1970 and 1973, I try to show a set of conditions whereby is necessary to diminishing the risk of impacting against the democratic stability. Among others, I observe these conditions go from the consolidation of political centre, passing through the generation of negotiation permanent instances, until the absolute negation of Armed Forces use in the involvement of actions like a coup of State.
