Abstract

The aim of this intervention is the reflecting on some characteristics of rights constitutionalization processes in their legal, political, social and also economic spheres. I take as a framework, kind of far away, the Spanish constituent process which culminate in the Constitution of 1978. Likewise, I intersperse, in this exposition, theoretical references and more practical aspects. I will also point out I understand the existence of a historical, conceptual and functional relationship between the Right Humans concept and Constitution one. The processes, like in one can Chile now be and that one in which Spain was in its moment, are called to get sense in contemporary constitutionalism.
