The international trade chilean policy, in the last decade of XXth century, is outlined due to the numerous signed trade agreements, tendency which, in the first years of XXIth century, has remained with same or more force. Regarding opportunities and advantages from a particular associative relationship between Chile and China, it emerges the urge to found its concretion in a long-term strategic design. This article aims at exposing the results of a estimation made by DIRECON based on a partial equilibrium model whose hipothesis is: TLC with China provokes a well-fare rising equivalent to well-fare generated by the USA and Europe signed agreements.
