Editorial Guidelines
The editorial process consists of two main phases, designed to ensure the academic quality and originality of the manuscripts published:
First Phase: Editorial Review
Estimated duration: 2-4 weeks

Manuscript Reception:
- Automatic confirmation of receipt via email.
- Initial verification of required documents, such as the authorship and originality statement.

Review by Editors:
- Assessment of the manuscript's alignment with the Scope and Focus of the journal.
- Verification of compliance with the Author Guidelines.
- Use of TURNITIN Originality software to check for plagiarism or self-plagiarism.

Initial Editorial Decision:
- Full compliance: Manuscript moves to the second phase.
- Minor non-compliance: Corrections will be requested within 10 days.
- Major non-compliance: Immediate rejection.
- The final decision is made by the editor-in-chief in consultation with the editors.
Second Phase: Double-Blind Peer Review
Estimated duration: 6-8 weeks

Assignment of Reviewers:
- Two external specialists are selected based on the manuscript's topic and academic expertise.
- Anonymity for both authors and reviewers is guaranteed.

Peer Review Evaluation:
Reviewers evaluate:- Relevance to the Scope and Focus of the journal.
- Originality and significance of the content.
- Clarity and academic rigor.
- Proper use and timeliness of references.
- Reviews must be submitted within 20 days.

Final Decision by the Editorial Committee:
Based on reviewers' reports, the manuscript will be categorized as:- Accepted for publication: No changes required.
- Accepted with revisions: Authors will have 20 days to make and return revisions.
- Currently inadmissible: The manuscript has academic potential but requires major revisions. Authors may resubmit a revised version as a new submission.
- Rejected for publication: Specific reasons for rejection will be provided.

Final Processing:
- Accepted manuscripts, after revisions, will undergo another plagiarism check using TURNITIN Originality before publication.
- The editorial team ensures all reviewer comments have been adequately addressed.
Additional Considerations
- Total Process Time: The entire editorial process, from submission to final decision, may take between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the revisions.
- Communication with Authors: Authors will be informed of decisions in a timely manner and may contact the editorial team for clarifications during the process.
- Review of Revised Versions: Manuscripts returned after the deadline or without fully addressing reviewer comments will be subject to re-deliberation by the Editorial Committee.
This process ensures the scientific, ethical, and academic quality of the published works, adhering to principles of transparency and fairness.
