Types of Contributions

Revista Culturas Científicas, a peer-reviewed publication, disseminates the following types of contributions:

• Scientific Articles: Correspond to original works presenting relevant results and data from completed or ongoing research.

• Review Articles: These are systematic syntheses and analyses of previously published works. They evaluate positions, results, and analytical associations, aiming to open or offer new questions and perspectives for further empirical and exploratory research.

• Essays: Studies based on established or emerging interpretative frameworks. Essays construct their proposals through reflection and critical engagement with these frameworks to offer new viewpoints and approaches.

• Reviews: Reviews and commentaries on scientific works published in the last three years.
