Abstract

The results obtained in this work are based on an empirical study, intended to broaden the scope of traditional research about the impact of remote work on employees, considering specific concepts in the role of the people.

Behind the structure of this study, the idea grows that working remotely has benefited humanity, considering that there are people who do not agree with said benefit, for this reason it is important to analyze both postures.

In the end, it will be possible to see as a result that opinions regarding remote work are very divided, according to the life circumstances of each person, as well as their way of being and thinking.
