In this research two non-experimental, cross-sectional and exploratory studies were carried out with non-probabilistic samples from former migrants from January – December 2017. In the first study, the reliability and validity of an instrument that measures labour perceptions was established in order to in a second study to contrast a model. The results show that the job search factor is determined by the perception of framing of information related to employment opportunities, occupational risks and personal capabilities. The findings are discussed based on the variables that the literature identifies as determinants of the job search and its inclusion in a local scenario of reintegration of returned ex-migrants to their place
of origin is suggested.
