Effectiveness of financial management and international support for the agricultural sector

The research aims to is to evaluate the effectiveness of financial management in Ukraine, Poland, and Kazakhstan, identify the main determinants of financial stability, and assess the impact of state support, investment activity, and digital technologies on the performance of agricultural enterprises. The methodology includes financial performance analysis, comparative analysis of financial strategies, evaluation of government aid mechanisms, analysis of investment activity, and economic-mathematical modeling using correlation analysis to determine the strength and direction of relationships between financial indicators. The results reveal that Poland demonstrates higher efficiency due to EU integration and access to stable funding, Ukraine shows potential for improvement through optimized government support and digitalization, while Kazakhstan faces challenges with financial accessibility and technology implementation. The practical significance of the study lies in providing recommendations to enhance financial management, strengthen investment policies, and promote the adoption of digital tools to increase the sustainability and competitiveness of the agricultural sector.
