Gestión de reingeniería en los procesos de negogio de empresas del sistema de transporte de carga

Resumen

El estudio provee un acercamiento a la reingeniería de procesos de negocio en empresas del sistema de transporte, a fin de ayudar a mejorar la eficiencia de servicios de transporte de carga, con el objetivo de considerar los elementos estructurales que proporciona la reingeniería de procesos de negocio de empresas en el transporte de mercancías. Para ello, presentamos una evaluación de los elementos estructurales del tema, en tanto forman los flujos funcionales de la reingeniería de procesos de negocio de las empreasas de transporte mediante modelos de simulación, determinando escenarios de calidad del transporte según indicadores que caracterizan los parámetros de su eficacia. Fundamentamos una base matemática para la construcción de un modelo de simulación de escenarios para la reingeniería de procesos de negocio basados en elementos estructurales de gestión. Además, presentamos el modelo de formación del sistema de flujos funcionales de gestión en el tema; determinamos el método para calcular los indicadores de los flujos funcionales durante la reingeniería de los procesos de negocio como elementos estructurales de la gestión empresarial, y finalmente, analizamos el volumen de prestación de servicios de transporte de carga en Ucrania.
