Definition: A reviewer pair is a specialist with knowledge and experience in the thematic area of the manuscript to be reviewed, appointed to assess the academic quality, relevance, and originality of the content presented, under the double-blind peer review process.
Requirements:

- Reviewers must ensure the impartiality of their evaluation, avoiding any personal, professional, or institutional bias.
- They must declare the absence of conflicts of interest with the authors or the research topic of the assigned manuscript.

Confidentiality:
- It is mandatory to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information contained in the reviewed manuscripts.
- It is prohibited to use, share, or make public the reviewed information in any format or medium.

Academic Expertise:
- Possess a relevant academic and/or professional history demonstrating adequate command of the specific topic of the assigned manuscript.
- Experience in the preparation or review of academic works in the corresponding field.
