Abstract

 In this N° 39 issue, we greet for the third time in the current year 2020, our entire community of readers of the Electronic Journal "PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY". In a year that, at least from a health point of view, will go down in history due to the Covid-19 pandemic that is still developing and advancing worldwide.
