Innovation culture as a mode of relationship in research groups of a Colombian University

This paper presents a proposal for a model to document and measure Innovation culture, understanding culture as a mode of relationship. It is developed considering the modes of relationship associated with the elements and characteristics which innovation is presented in a research group of the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB) from Medellin. With the model, it is possible to identify elements and characteristics on which it could make deliberated interventions that enhance the group's innovation culture.
