This paper offered an approach to the process of recovery of companies by workers. It seeks to identify, describe and analyze the internal processes of self-management in the recovered metalworking companies of Tandil (Argentina), with emphasis on group dynamics, transformation of its organizational culture and changes in styles of leadership and power structures and then identify contributions, difficulties and pending agenda.
