Knowledge management: an efficient alternative to strengthening micro enterprises

Abstract

Micro enterprises play a key role in Chile's economy, but currently their low productivity adversely affects the poor performance of regional competitiveness. This article proposes manage knowledge as an efficient State action to strengthen micro enterprises through investment in their Human and Intellectual Capital.
