Gender policy

Palimpsesto is committed to promoting gender equality and fostering diversity in the scientific community. To this end, a gender policy has been implemented, consistent with the institutional gender policy, which seeks to ensure equal representation (50/50) of women and men in its advisory and scientific committee, in the selection of peer reviewers, and in the coordination of dossiers. Additionally, it proposes a minimum participation of forty percent (40%) of each gender in the composition of its indices; that is, by authorship criteria in each issue of the journal.
