Scope

The focus of the electronic journal Gestión de las Personas y Tecnología is defined by its objectives: (1) to disseminate essays and research findings in the areas of people management or human resources and technology, the latter understood in its broadest sense; and (2) to promote the creation and strengthening of academic and professional networks in Latin America and the Spanish-speaking world. Every issue will contain a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of six (6) articles, reaching a total of at least 18 published articles every year.

The journal Gestión de las Personas y Tecnología began publication in 2008 with a four-month periodicity. It is published in April, August, and December of each year (until the last business day of each month) under an open-access model, meaning there are no fees for authors or the reading community.
