Types of Contributions

The Gestión de las Personas y Tecnología Electronic Journal aims to publish original articles – in the form of essays or research findings – in the fields of people management and technology, preferably developed in Latin America and the Spanish-speaking world.

As its name suggests, the journal is primarily organized into two sections: People and Technology. Within each main section, it is further organized into the following subsections: “Essays and Research Findings.”

It is important to note that 60% of the articles published per issue or annually must correspond to “Research Findings.”

The GPT Journal does not publish: reviews, news, or interviews.
