Abstract

In recent years Argentina has been and is an object of tensions and debates that take place in a context of reforms. In this context the law of labor reform has generated some criticism. From there, the posed question is what are the controversies that arise in the context of 2017-2018 Argentinian labor reform? For this, the discourse analysis through proposals from the Actor Network Theory and Sociology Critique allow to discover which are the most controversial issues within the network of relationships between the state, firms and society.
