Research teaching: A proposal to support the course thesys seminary for students of Technologist in Industrial Automatization

Considering the difficulties faced by the professors guiding students through their thesis development when facing research development, this study gives a proposal for the tutoring process of students from the career Technologist in Industrial Automation, at the University of Santiago, in the terminal process as part of their Thesis Seminary. Following the methodology of Project-Based Learning, the tutoring involved the development of the various stages of research directly related to the proof of concept and early stage of technological development. The findings offer an educational proposal for the use of technologists’ students and leading the students’ investigation processes from an educational and learning-centered perspective.
