Proposal of an Instrument to Validate at a Theoretical Level a Knowledge Management Project in a Telecommunication company

Abstract

Knowledge Management (KM) is currently considered the key practice for large companies to innovate and offer products and services that have a positive reception among customers and thus improve their income. Next, it will be presented to the academic and professional community the design of a proposal of instrument that can serve as a guide to validate theoretically knowledge management projects, taking as reference a multinational company in the Telecommunications sector. This instrument was developed in a questionnaire format and had closed questions and was applied in both self-application and interview to key informants based on the same instrument. Finally, to point out that this work was part of the Thesis to obtain the academic degree of Magister in Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship - MAGIET.
