¿How to be an Innovative Company from Organizational Culture?

Abstract

For this reason, to achieve stay in business, commercial entities must be periodically reviewing their processes, adjusting to the new requirements.

The fact to generate changes in the organization isn’t indifferent (whatever the nature of this) isn’t a easy process, but at the same, and with increasing competition exist in the market, if don’t achieve generate changes and restructuring, offer new value propositions and definitely, if we are not able to innovate, next stage may not being beneficial.

Then, is necessary to perform a change in out ‘organizational culture’, we must stop being the Company that is positioned later in the market, perceiving the opportunities when others already have taken advantage and specially risk new challenges and enhance the search for more and new solutions. We must be creative; we must have a ‘Innovative Culture’.
