Form and content of article

The following structure must be considered for each type of contribution:

1. Academic Articles:

  • Introduction: Answers the question of why the study was conducted. Includes a summary of the latest findings on the topic, justification, problem statement, and background of the subject under investigation.

  • Method: Specifies how the research was conducted, addressing aspects such as: methodology, participants, instruments, procedure, and data analysis.

  • Analysis: Rigorous, exhaustive, and sufficient report of the findings, following APA 7 guidelines.

  • Conclusion: Final contributions found in the research; closing remarks that identify the central themes and remain open to new questions.

  • References: Included at the end in alphabetical order, strictly corresponding to in-text citations and following APA 7 style.
    The manuscript must not exceed 9,000 words, including titles, abstracts, and keywords in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, figure captions, references, and notes.

2. Review Articles:

  • Introduction: Presentation of the topic and overview of the bibliographic content to be analyzed.

  • Analysis: Specifies the content of the reviewed articles and/or studies, presenting the author’s perspective on the reviewed literature, especially the research findings and conclusions. It should discuss the results, contextualize their importance, and mention practical and theoretical implications.

  • Conclusion: Final contributions and closing remarks that highlight the relevant guidelines.

  • References: Included at the end in alphabetical order, strictly corresponding to in-text citations and following APA 7 style.
    The manuscript must not exceed 7,000 words, including titles, abstracts, and keywords in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, figure captions, references, and notes.

3. Reviews:

  • Title: Must include the author’s name, publication title, publisher, country, year, and total number of pages.

  • Text: Rigorous report of the work that evaluates its contribution to the disciplinary field, highlighting strengths and weaknesses. Must not exceed four pages.

  • Signature: Must include the author's name, institutional affiliation, country, and ORCID.
    The review must not exceed 1,500 words (four pages), including titles, abstracts, and keywords in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, figure captions, references, and notes.
