Gender policy

RIVAR is committed to promoting gender equality and fostering diversity in the scientific community. To this end, a gender policy has been implemented, consistent with the institutional gender policy, which seeks to guarantee equal representation (50/50) of women and men on its advisory and scientific committee, in the selection of peers, and in the coordination of dossiers. It also ensures a minimum participation of forty percent (40%) of each of the sexes in the preparation of its indexes; that is, by authorship criterion in each issue of the journal.
