Authorship

RIVAR considers as an author a person who has contributed intellectually to the preparation of the manuscript that is submitted to the punta magazine following the guidelines of the Community on Publication Ethics (COPE), to be considered an author they must meet the following criteria: 1. have participated in the conception and design, or in the acquisition of the data, or in the analysis and interpretation of the data of the work that has resulted in the article; 2. have participated in the drafting or critical review of the text.

RIVAR accepts works with a maximum of ten (10) authors, who must appear from the moment the manuscript is submitted for the first time. It is important to clarify that people are missing the truth about authorship when they include names of those who had little or no participation in the research and leave out people who actively participated in it. It is the responsibility of the authors to recognize the contribution of all participants.
