Comunicación en canciones inspiradas por noticias: Construyendo memoria de víctimas

Las noticias, desde hace siglos, han motivado la creatividad en los músicos. Sobre la base de las funciones periodísticas de la música, este artículo analiza las formas recursivas en las cuales las noticias pueden inspirar a un grupo de músicos creadores y cómo, a su vez, dichas canciones se convierten en vehículos para comunicar tales noticias. Para ello realiza un análisis cualitativo de entrevistas a compositores chilenos que explican, en un podcast, la creación de 10 canciones inspiradas por noticias. Los hallazgos muestran que, fundamentalmente, las canciones chilenas inspiradas por noticias refieren a personas anónimas a las que les ocurren hechos trágicos y mortales, los que, para los compositores, son historias significativas en términos valóricos que no deben olvidarse.Descargas
