Abstract

José Venturelli (1924-1988) praticou o artivismo décadas antes de sua teorização acadêmica, mobilizando a arte como comunicação transnacional e diplomacia cultural não estatal. A partir da partilha do sensível de Rancière, o ensaio articula três tensões: sua obra como infraestrutura de solidariedade Sul-Sul; sua invisibilização institucional na Guerra Fria, entre as fraturas da esquerda internacional e a repressão ditatorial, ela própria dimensão comunicacional; e a reativação de seu legado como artivismo arquivístico, que reconfigura a memória cultural latino-americana.
