Abstract

The article is immersed in an analysis of the virtual world taking into account the mind / body dichotomy. In this analysis, problematizations and concepts from various authors are borrowed to support the thesis that the virtual world is the technical expression of the movement of goods and capital, whose key concept is speed. From this concept the concepts of consumption and disposability are understood, at the same time that they are homologated to that of distance cancellation in the virtual world
