Digital preservation policy

The Journal EstuDAv is hosted on the Journal Portal of the University of Santiago de Chile, a site aimed at the university community to disseminate all its scientific, academic, and cultural contents freely and openly.

Additionally, journals using OJS benefit from the PKP PLN (PKP Private LOCKSS Network) tool, which allows preserving their contents regardless of where they are hosted. It leverages the distributed preservation network model employed by LOCKSS to create a distributed storage system among participating libraries and enables the creation of permanent archives in the journal for conservation and restoration purposes.
