Authorship

The journal publishes three types of contributions: academic articles, review articles, and book reviews. In the academic articles section, texts of up to 9,000 words are accepted, which develop an original hypothesis or interpretative proposal, and originate from research projects. The presentation of an introduction, which situates the significant contributions of the article in contemporary scholarship, is valued here. This is followed by consideration of the methods, methodologies, and research approaches used, and finally, the results and contributions to knowledge generation are evaluated.

Review articles are systematic syntheses of previously published works of up to 7,000 words. These involve analyses of positions, review of results, and analytical associations aimed at opening up or offering new questions and perspectives for further empirical and exploratory research.

In the book reviews section, texts dedicated to books and postgraduate theses of up to 1,500 words are accepted.

The editorial team will acknowledge receipt of the texts immediately upon receipt and will inform the authors of the decisions made about them at various stages of the review process.
