To a scientific and technological production for social empowerment

Abstract

One of the first attempts to analyze the links between science and society was made by Thomas Kuhn, in his book The Structure of Scientific Revolutions (1962). Although it was not the explicit objective, it was clearly demonstrated in the text that the production of science cannot be thought of as an isolated work phenomenon, the expectations, and interests of the scientific community.
