Dossier coordinators

Revista Geoingeniería may publish dossiers or thematic sections devoted to subjects of particular scientific, technological or interdisciplinary relevance related to its focus and scope.

Dossiers may have one or more guest coordinators, selected on the basis of their track record and specialist knowledge of the subject. Their appointment must be approved by the Editorial Team.

Coordinators may help to define the theme, promote the call for papers and provide academic coordination for the dossier. Their involvement does not imply the automatic acceptance of manuscripts received, nor does it replace the journal’s editorial responsibilities.

All works submitted to a dossier must comply with the same editorial, ethical and peer-review standards that apply to all other contributions to Revista Geoingeniería. Coordinators must declare any conflicts of interest and refrain from participating in decisions concerning works with which they have a relationship that could affect their impartiality.
